We accept returns on new, unworn, non-sale items.
Item(s) must have original tags attached and in their original packaging.
We will NOT accept items that appear used or worn.
Return requests (including defective items) must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment and items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The cost of the label generated on our returns page will be deducted from the total refund. Unfortunately, we cannot generate return labels for international customers. International customers, please email email@example.com.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds on sale items. If you have questions about a sale item in regards to sizing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. BEFORE you purchase it.
We do our best to process your return within 3 business days of receipt and will send you a verification of the refund for your records. However, some banks take 5-10 business days to process your refund so depending on your bank, you might not see the refund immediately.
